Hi Everyone,
Another month has flown by since our last Blog Hop! I am excited to be a part of this Blog Hop! Our theme this month is Products from the new Annual Catalogue! Once you have looked at my card you can click on the links below to see the cards of the other Stampin' Up! demonstrators who are participating. Thank you Leena, Sandy, Barb and Jenn for allowing me to join your group!
I remember when I was teaching Kindergarten and we were making a graph or taking a poll I would say that you can only choose one favourite. Boy, do I regret saying those words. I can't pick a favourite from this new catalogue. So I am going to say that right now this is my favourite stamp set - Ridiculously Awesome. Ronda Wade, a million dollar demonstrator, inspired this stamp set. I follow her on Facebook. The design of this card was featured on one of her Facebook Lives years ago. I made 300 Christmas cards last year using this design. I wanted to share this easy and fun design with you today.
Recipe
- Cut a piece of In Good Taste Designer Series Paper (DSP) 4"x 10 1/2". Fold the paper in half and then fold down the top part about an inch and a half.
- Cut a piece of Misty Moonlight ribbon 12". Wrap around the small flap of the DSP and tie a knot.
- Adhere this piece onto a 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" piece of Misty Moonlight cardstock.
- Cut a piece of 4" x 1 1/2" Misty Moonlight DSP and adhere to the front of the card as shown.
- Stamp the sentiment from the Ridiculously Awesome stamp set using Misty Moonlight ink on a scrap piece of Very Vanilla cardstock. Cut out using the Big Shot and Tasteful Labels dies. Adhere to the front of the card using Dimensionals.
- Inside of the card - Cut a piece of Misty Moonlight cardstock 3 3/4" x 5". Cut a piece of Very Vanilla cardstock 3 1/2" x 4 3/4". Stamp the small heart from the stamp set using Misty Moonlight ink on the Very Vanilla cardstock in the top left corner. Adhere the Very Vanilla cardstock to the Misty Moonlight cardstock. Slide into the pocket.
- Enjoy!

Really nice card Leigh. Love it when you can use and re-use a design and come up with a "different-looking" card every time. (P.S. is the Blog Hop open to all?)
