I am excited to be a part of this Blog Hop! Our theme this month is Father's Day! Once you have looked at my card you can click on the links below to see the cards of the other Stampin' Up! demonstrators who are participating. I love the Geared Up Garage and am happy that it will carryover to the new Annual catalogue in June. I used my favourite team's colours to create this card. You will see a similar card using different colours.
Recipe
- Cut a card base from Smoky Slate cardstock 11 x 4 1/4; score at 5 1/2
- Cut a piece of Night of Navy cardstock 4 x 5 1/4; adhere to the card front
- Cut a piece of Whisper White cardstock 3 3/4 x 5 (this is the piece use will stamp)
- Use the exhaust stamp from the Geared Up Garage stamp set, randomly stamp the Whisper White cardstock using the Granny Apple Green inkpad and Night of Navy inkpad.
- Cut out from Smoky Slate cardstock all of the die gears from the Garage Gears Dies. You will need a Big Shot.
- Use Wink of Stella on the gears to give them a sheen.
- Adhere the gears to the card front using Tombow glue.
- On a scrap piece of Whisper White cardstock using Night of Navy inkpad stamp Happy Father's Day and then cut out using the die from the Garage Gears Die. Adhere to the card front using Dimensionals.
- Cut a piece of Whisper White cardstock 4 x 5 1/4 and adhere to the inside of the card.
