Let's Use Our Pretty Paper - Part 2

Hi Everyone,
Sometimes the Designer Series Paper does all the work. You just have to a sentiment and embellishments to make a simple and beautiful card. Today I used the Whale of a Time Suite. What a fun stamp set, punch, DSP and sequins to use to make these awesome cards! The suite also comes with an impressive embossing folder and ribbon.

Measurements:

Card base -4 1/4 x 11; scored at 5 1/2 (I used Whisper White and Misty Moonlight for the card bases)

DSP - 4 x 5 1/4

Recipe:

  1. Fold card base in half.
  2. Adhere the DPS to the card base.
  3. Stamp sentiments on scrap Whisper White and cut out.
  4. The whale was cut from a piece of DSP using the Whale Punch.
  5. Adhere sequins on the card if you wish using Multipurpose glue.
Take some time to look at your DSP and see if you can make it the focal point of your card. The Whale DSP works wonderfully. One side of the DSP has a picture on it and the other side is usually monochromatic. I really love this paper and all the possibilities. These cards only show a few of the things you can do with this paper.

Have fun using your pretty paper!
